1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website (tywsolution.com) or submitting inquiries to TYW Solution, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Scope of Services & Retainers

TYW Solution provides professional services in performance digital marketing, website and application engineering, and workflow automation. All commercial deliverables, milestone payments, and service level agreements (SLAs) are governed by specific Statements of Work (SOW) executed between TYW Solution and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment under an executed agreement, all custom codebases, design assets, and marketing creatives developed specifically for the client become the sole property of the client. TYW Solution retains the right to display non-confidential project outcomes as portfolio case studies unless specifically restricted under an NDA.

4. Warranties & Platform Partner Disclaimers

While TYW Solution is a certified partner of Hostinger, Google, Meta, and Razorpay, third-party platform algorithms, advertising policies, payment gateway processing, and cloud infrastructure are subject to the respective terms and conditions of those external providers.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting with the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
